This 7-day backpacking expedition immerses you in Wyoming’s Wind River Range, home to some of the highest peaks in the Rocky Mountains.

You’ll experience pristine alpine lakes, rugged granite peaks, and expansive wilderness where you might encounter moose, elk, and marmots. You’ll learn minimum-impact camping techniques and advanced map reading while navigating off-trail through remote areas. Elevations will reach over 11,000 feet, and you’ll travel through diverse terrain from forested valleys to stark alpine zones.

The extended time in wilderness creates opportunities for self-discovery and building strong bonds with fellow participants. Daily dhikr, prayer, Qur’an recitation, and Islamic learning will sustain you throughout this challenging journey.
