Kate Sirianni
Outdoor Instructor
Kate has spent the last 15 years guiding wilderness trips and facilitating group experiences in the Rocky Mountains, the Southwest, the Pacific Northwest, and Alaska. Her favorite methods of travel are rappelling down a rope into a beautiful slot canyon or riding a horse into the mountains!
In addition to working for NOLS and the Appalachian Mountain Club in the field, Kate is a Wilderness Medicine instructor, EMT, and former firefighter. More than 1500 days in the backcountry have honed Kate’s broad sense of wonder at the beauty and bounty of our natural world, a keen awareness of risk and safety, and the skills to build communities that create transformative experiences that extend well beyond the bounds of the expedition.
