Blake

Outdoor Instructor

Blake builds entire training systems focused on the long-term development of both body and mind. His work centers on helping people create a life of strength, energy, endurance, and physical confidence through mindful movement — blending breathwork, aerobic development, and joint-conscious strength training.

He enjoys leading Tayseer Wilderness courses because they allow him to combine his love of the outdoors and physical exertion with personal growth, leadership development, and meaningful connection. With each trip, he embraces a beginner’s mindset and seeks out lessons in both challenge and stillness.

His favorite outdoor activities include trail running, hiking, walking and exploring new parks and cities, long endurance efforts, and low-stakes yard games. He is Wilderness First Aid certified and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Though his career has centered around high-energy coaching and leadership, Blake has steadily shifted toward a more introspective approach — observing, listening, and stepping into leadership when it’s most needed.
